Joe Bonifatto’s commercial real estate career has focused on acquisitions, dispositions and brokerage of value added properties. Including, but not limited to ground up retail development, and repositioning of distressed assets, both in a ownership and brokerage capacity.
Mr. Bonifatto started his professional career at the age of 18 when he formed his own commercial landscape construction & maintenance company. The Company flourished and had such clients as Boyd Gaming, CCSD, Regional Flood Control District, NV DMV, and the Taco Bell chain through out Southern Nevada. After selling the Company at its peak in 2001, Mr. Bonifatto focused on commercial real estate, with the national real estate investment brokerage company, Marcus & Millichap, specializing in leased retail investment sales.
In 2003, Mr. Bonifatto established BP Holdings, Inc., a commercial real estate investment company. In the last 14 years, BP Holdings has acquired, managed and brokered more than one million square feet of retail space totally over a billion dollars in transaction value. Consummating transactions on every level of the process, with tenants such as Doller Tree, Wal Mart, Mcdonalds, Taco Bell, Sam’s Club, CVS, Starbucks, Smart & Final, 99 Cents Only and many others. With partners and clients such as Special Servicers; Situs and LNR, Brixton Capital, to name a few, thus giving BP Holdings and Joe a well-rounded and experienced platform to perform at a high level. Recently Mr. Bonifatto has branched outside of the Southwestern United States and began acquiring vacant building for repositioning with 2nd generation retailers.

Brian specializes in investment retail sales with a primary emphasis on single tenant as well as multi-tenant assets. Additionally, Brian has an extensive background in vacant land with a broad knowledge of general brokerage, processing entitlements, and the overall land development process.
